Coming soon… I’m over the moon that Pushkin Press are to publish Tonke Dragt’s masterpiece, The Letter for the King, in English. It’s a knightly adventure about friendship, intrigue, conflict, difficult decisions and long journeys, and it has two of the most appealing characters in children’s literature. Once voted the best Dutch children’s book ever, this fabulous tale will soon be available to English-speaking readers too. It’s been a delight to translate this title and I can’t wait to see the finished book.
